We offer 20 different UV stable water-based Dog kennel dyes. Use the dyes for all interior and exterior dog kennels and runs. They are very economical, extremely easy to apply and dry quickly. This makes them very versatile when compared to other concrete staining systems.
Apply either as an individual color or a combination. This will provide a multitude of different hues, shades, mottled and faux natural stone effects. If you are the more skilled artisan you can use them to form any custom-made pattern or picture. The possibilities are only limited by the boundaries of your imagination. The exact depth of shade will depend on the porosity and color of your concrete.
The Dog kennel dyes are easy to apply using a brush, medium nap roller or low-pressure sprayer at any temperature between 40 and 80°F. The surface does not need any special treatment but it must be oil and dust free to allow proper penetration. Test this with a droplet of water on the concrete which should absorb readily within 20-30 seconds. If it does not, then treat with Dog Kennel Etcher prior to application. Apply two coats rather than one thick coat. Once you have the desired color apply two coats of Dog Kennel Sealer X-3.
